We have extensive experience working in mental health, forensic, learning disability and neurodiversity services, and offer a psychologically-led multi-disciplinary approach.
Dr Nici Grace is a clinical psychologist registered with the HCPC (the governing body for psychologists) and chartered with the British Psychological Society. Dr Grace holds a doctorate in clinical psychology alongside further postgraduate training in mental health law, and criminal psychology. A full CV can be provided on request.

We understand that waiting times for NHS assessments can be extensive, and therefore we offer multi-disciplinary and competitively charged autism assessments for adults and adolescents. Our ongoing clinical practice in the NHS means that your assessments will always be informed by the latest clinical guidance and research. We have the highest standards of report-writing, and can tailor our reports to enable more effective interface with other agencies. We will always consider individual circumstances when quoting and prioritising assessments.
We can develop and deliver training in any area of our expertise, for any size of audience. Example of current and previous training include: Neurodivergence and adaptations within clinical services; Sexual offending theory in adults with learning disabilities; Understanding sexual offending against children; Rape and serious sexual offences; Autism in the criminal justice system.
We can develop training to ensure that services meet their legal requirements to make reasonable adjustments for those with neuro- and developmental disabilities.
We offer bespoke training for solicitors to understand offending presentations, the need for independent assessments, identifying relevant needs within their clients, and the impact of these on offending presentations. This can assist in providing a comprehensive defence.

We can provide one-off or serial consultation to public agencies and independent firms, to support psychological understanding and practice. We also provide supervision to other clinicians to assist in clinical practice.
We can offer virtual assessments for some clinical needs. For in person assessments, travel and room hire costs will be discussed when considering your specific request.
We work within LAA funding rates for expert witness reports.
Our fees for privately-funded assessments are competitive and based on the number of hours required, and number of clinicians involved.
Supervision and training are charged at an hourly rate including travel and preparation. Costs will also be informed by the size of the audience.
